Palabras del Profeta Isaias acerca de Lucifer, la estrella de la mañana que descendió del cielo por querer alcanzar a Dios. Y qué es Dios en todos estos mitos, sino la representación el conocimiento puro y perfecto prohibido para el resto de la creación.

Los ágeles caídos pecan contra Él, revelando al hombre las artes y las ciencias, la creación de armas y la medicina y los cultivos. Son condenados, también por yacer con las hijas de los hombres y por no arrepentirse de ello. Esa es la rebelión de los ángeles, el brindar a la humanidad sabiduría.

Según estos mismos pasajes (Génesis 6:1-4, Salmo 82:1, 5-7 y los libros de Enoch de la tradición judía), la condena a los ángeles rebeldes es por desobedecer a Dios, brindando lo que ahora conocemos como civilización.

"they took wives unto themselves, and everyone (respectively) chose one woman for himself, and they began to go unto them. And they taught them magical medicine, incantations, the cutting of roots, and taught them (about) plants. They taught men how to make various weapons and armor, and also arts and sciences, which are the secrets of the natural universe which God did not intend for man to know." Enoch 7:1-5

Es curioso como la misma religión enfatiza el cariz de maldad intrínseco en las intenciones de lás estrellas que cayeron y sin embargo, y cuestiono si en verdad debemos adorar un Dios que supone yugo e ignorancia o respetar a quien se supone que nos hizo lo que ahora somos.

Es entonces el paraíso un equivalente de vivir en la ignorancia. TAl vez lo sea, dicen que quien no piensa ni reflexiona es más feliz. lol

No trato de convencer a nadie de volverse satanista, sólo recalco una de las grandes incongruencias de la mitología judeo cristiana, donde Dios es un ser, después de todo, bastante egoísta y castiga a sus vástagos por lo que podríamos denominar libre pensamiento. La serpiente, tentada y aconsejada por Satán, también ofrece el fruto del conocimiento y es curioso como ese mismo animal representa sabiduría para otras cosmovisiones.

Se qué hay muchos mas mitos dentro de la demonología, pero la mayoria vienen de la interpolación de las características de antiguos dioses paganos interpretadas según la cerrada visión judeo cristiana e incluídas en su biblioteca como representaciones del mal.

Sin embargo, es la saga de Los Vigilantes, de los ángeles caídos la que captura mi atención por su similitud con la escuela de Prometeo y derivados, que por amor al hombre brindan sabiduría, a pesar de las consecuencias para ellos. Para mi gusto son mas héroes y mártires que maldad personificada.

Después de todo les toca la peor parte del cuento: son condenados y despojados, mientras el hombre es perdonado y ellos repudiados tanto por Dios mismo y sus arcángeles como por el ser humano. Yo me molestaría bastante con gente tan malagradecida, pero al parecer el egoìsmo y la conveniencia están siempre presentes en nuestra naturaleza, literalmente desde tiempos de la creación.

Yo no práctico religión alguna así que me es fácil visualizar las cosas como una gran novela de intrigas y traiciones, espero (si alguien lee esto) no herir suceptibilidades. Despues de todo, es la libertad de pensamiento y el conocimiento, junto con la argumentación el legado de los pobres vigilantes.
